Molly McGinley Han
MOLLY McGINLEY HAN joined Sedey Harper in 2009 as an Associate Attorney. Ms. Han has been litigating cases on behalf of plaintiffs for over 10 years. She is an active member of the Missouri Bar and a member of the St. Louis chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
Ms. Han began her legal career as a law clerk with the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the Honorable Arthur M. Recht, and then worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of West Virginia. Ms. Han represented plaintiffs exclusively while working for law firms in West Virginia and Washington, D.C., litigating cases involving consumer protection and health care. She also worked on class actions in a variety of federal and state courts around the country, before relocating and settling in St. Louis. Since joining Sedey Harper, P.C., her practice is exclusively devoted to employment law claims on behalf of individual employees.
Ms.Han is a 1994 graduate of the University of Oregon Law School and a 1989 graduate of Smith College.
