O’Malley in which the Missouri Supreme Court recognized the right to a jury trial under the Missouri Human Rights Act, and Fleshner v. Pepose Vision Institute, P.C. in which the Court determined that a whistleblower can prevail in a Missouri wrongful discharge case by showing that his opposition to illegal conduct was a contributing factor in the decision to discharge him. Before joining Sedey Harper, John was a partner in the firm of Denner and Lynn.
He graduated from New York University School of Law and was law clerk to The Honorable Robert Hogan of the Missouri Court of Appeals.
